Unfortunately, some graduates will get so much after graduation! Yes, there are companies in Poland that pay these staggering amounts with graduates.
Below, I present a more realistic salary for full-time sanitary engineers in Poland in 2020:
DESIGN (PRIVATE COMPANY)
- assistant designer (experience approx. 2 300 – 2 800 PLN net
- assistant designer (experience 2-3 years) approx. 2 500 – PLN 3,000 net
- assistant designer (3-5 years’ experience) approx. PLN 2,500 – PLN 3,500 net
- BIM coordinator approx. 4,000 – PLN 8,000 net
- BIM Modeler approx. PLN 3,500 – PLN 6,000 net
- junior designer of sanitary installations (experience approx. 3,000 – PLN 4,000 net
- designer of sanitary installations (3-10 years of experience) approx. PLN 4,000 – PLN 5,000 net for full-
- time employment + twice as much after hours (but where there is time to live)
- designer of sanitary installations in his own company approx. 5,000 – 20,000 PLN net
- senior designer of sanitary installations (experience> 10 years) approx. 5,000 – 6,000 PLN net
- project team manager (5-10 years experience) approx. PLN 5,000 – 8,000 net
- studio manager (5-10 years experience) approx. 6,000 – 8,000 PLN net
- department director (10-15 years experience) approx. 10 PLN 000 – PLN 25,000 net
PERFORMANCE (PRIVATE COMPANY)
- site engineer (experience approx. 3,000 – 3,500 PLN net
- site engineer (2-4 years experience) approx. 3,500 – 4,000 PLN net
- construction manager (5-10 years experience) approx. 4 500 – 6 500 PLN net
- supervision inspector (5-10 years experience) approx 4 500 – 8 000 PLN net
- construction manager (5-10 years experience) approx. 7 000 – 15 000 PLN net
- owner of a chain contractor and sanitary installations approx. PLN 10,000 – 50,000 net
SALE (PRIVATE COMPANY)
- technical and sales advisor (experience approx. 3000-4000 PLN net basis + commissions technical and
- sales advisor (2-5 years experience) approx. PLN 3,500-5,000 net base + commissions
- sales engineer (2-5 years experience) approx. PLN 3,000-5,000 net base + commissions
- salaries are for sale very different and may range from 3,000 to even 15,000-20000 PLN net.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS, COMPANIES, MUNICIPAL PLANTS
- clerk – (experience approx. PLN 2,300-2500 net
- inspector – (experience approx. PLN 2,500-2800 net
- senior inspector – (3-5 years experience) approx. PLN 2600-3500 net
- department manager – (5-10 years experience) approx. 3500 -4500 PLN net
- master of water supply and sewage systems approx. 3000-3500 PLN net
- manager of water supply and sewage systems approx. 3500-5000 PLN net
